After spending one year in Santander, the northern coast of Spain has grown to be one of my favorite areas to photograph. Each time I visit I drive along the coast and occasionally into the mountains or forests. 4 Months of Winter
Having a white Christmas has always been what awakes the Christmas spirit in me, even when we have celebrated in the tropics it has been an calming feeling to know that back in Norway the cold, fresh snow has covered the land. Even though I love summer and sun, the Norwegian winter has a special place in my heart.

Visiting the Laatefoss Waterfall
Laatefoss is one of these locations I returned to because I could not get enough of it. It's located right outside of Odda, about a 6 hours drive from my home - and I've now spent two sunrises at this unique waterfall. What shocked me was how much the scenery changed in less than two months!
